You went too soon

As the night comes
I just look at the stars
Full of gleam
In the celestial sphere

I see your face
Sharp and bright
You left too soon
Leaving us aghast

I know you’ll leave
As the sun shines
Leaving my eyes teary
Stumbling, yet again

Still, every single night
I wait for the stars
To see you glisten
And smiling over me
