At the core of these hearts
This luminous shine hidden by blazing flames of deception.
As it was a inoculation triggered by justice
as a silence painted over desperate screams.
Stained ideas without tension and morale
and only shadows of what we do not see.
These jagged edges of wounds
always sewing their sting into every war.
A sky ablaze glistening in watery eyes
seductive light which obscure the ugliness.
The distant rumble recall what we already know
that so much is lost in each of these cries.
The justice of Money is the world’s fornication in disguise
we let the future become dark for the frightened children’s eyes.
I can see the fire dripping from the eyes so full of lies
kills all hope while they nourish an ongoing war.
A very powerful declamatory piece which reminded me of the classic 1969 prog-rock track ,” 21st.Century Schizoid man ” by King Crimson.

Absolutely right on Louis…in this piece I tried to use the language in a progressiv and in some different tone…in Danish we have a word called “sprogblomster”…translated into English it will be wordflowers….it a way to use other and not so common words to paint the picture of poems. Thank you very much Louis.
An angry ,emotional protest in verse–on war, suffering, lucre and ‘what man has done to man’.
Thank you VijayNair.
I tried to tell the horror of war using some different language…so I did some digging into words not usually used to describe my poems.
