By choice or in its whims,
She fluttered all by herself.
Moving far and wide,
from sniffing a bud to tasting the flowery petal,
She glowed in her charm,
in love with herself.
She didn’t want a rival to her attention,
She was the chosen one for Herself.

A circumspect work that captures the subject’s delicate and ephemeral nature.
balancing act .. 🙂
A notable ,compact study of loneliness ,narcissism, and transience.
To mirror ‘self’, frequenting her own loving images. Lovely!
The charm of confidence brought into this poem is wonderful. Beautifully concepted and presented Nalini
