The cross of Jesus

I am not advocating any religion

Just an experience I want to share with you

That of helplessness

helplessness to do good or evil

can’t, my hands are nailed

to go where one wants or not

can’t, my feet are nailed

to think good or evil thoughts

can’t, my mind is pierced with a crown of thorns

to feel or not, love

can’t, my side is pierced by a spear and water and blood runs out

In this helplessness

I,we hang

between heaven and earth

thirsty and hungry, alone

if God exists

s/he cannot but be for me, us

s/he can only be for me, us

and the helpless one, ones

get help
