Silent Love

In the silence that surrounded me
I heard the whispers of that power
Which bid me be!

Hurting and suffering
It lamented at why
I could not love the gifts
That it had bestowed upon me!

And listening to it
I could only let my heart
Melt,
For the love that I could feel
From those laments
Was so overwhelming!

Life is a journey
The least that is expected of us
Is to make the most out of it
The way we want to!

Yes,
Life is love in itself;
Both physical and mystical
And should we dare to claim
Loud and clear
That we are believers
Then,
It becomes instinctive
To do good at all times
And to be forgiving towards ourselves!

In the silence that surrounded me
I heard the whispers of that power
Which bid me be
And like a child being mesmerized
By fluorescence
I could only let myself
Drown in their depths!

    “ Life is a journey
The least that is expected of us
Is to make the most out of it
The way we want to! “
