I’m the blazing fire wherefrom dawns light
The righteous cosmic Shakti primeval
Roots of consciousness gushing in twilight
Innards bleeding from time immemorial
I’m the female foetus, I live and breathe
In me grow seeds of man of countless suns
I’m the origin of the primal sheath
Without my will, ends the entire creation
I restore creation clipped between Yugas
Limbs stretching far to imbibe retrieval
For I am the indomitable Durga
My focus on my primal revival
My eyes soaked red with determination
Clamour strangling the throat of environs
No more assaulting weakness of women
Only pure love admitted, no compulsion
I’m the magnetic Venus on one side
On the other I’m Saturn in disguise
Recycle from birth to death, rebirth in spate
Eternal, my primal powers innate
