Nuptial Knot

I was a visitor, sitting
on the last step
of an open roof top,
casting head glance
On a semi transparent night

In silhouette
I could see
flapping of cloths
that was dangling on the firm ropes
kept to dry;
The soft wind was meandering
measuring its bustline;
Tantalizing and tormenting my weak sight

and suddenly
what unfathomable went wrong,
They came to know
about my heathen look;
Slowly and silently
A dark cloak enveloped the whole

They were natural lots
playing nuptial knots

What remained, was
A pilferage of sweet aroma
wafting the space
Stretching my nostril
