Not good…

Yes, it’s true
I am not a good son
I am not a good brother
I am not a good husband
I am not a good father
I am not a good lover
I am not a good friend
I am not a good enemy
I am not a good stranger or acquaintance
I am not a good boss or employee
I am not a good leader or follower
I am not a good citizen or neighbour
I am not a good actor
I am the joker in the pack
the knave, the harlequin
poison ivy, the clown
I am the thorn to every rose
I destroy myself, lay myself waste
the diamond in the rough and buff
I leave behind me broken things
I am broken, I break threads
leave behind me a wide trail
of destruction and broken hearts
I am the animal whose bite is poisonous
Only in nature do I belong
My love is a mix of love and hate
I will be me and nothing else
I cannot change
I cannot relate
Don’t try to make me anything else
but “not good”
I won’t rise to the bait
So do not wait
I won’t answer to anyone’s call.
