In the surreal world of the poet’s imagination , where memories melt , and invisible forms are inhaled into the poet’s unconscious mind or inner being , the deadness within can be personified and laden with guilt for its own lack of life . The unusual juxtaposition of words and concepts is typical of the poet’s unorthodox style of expression and complex line of thought that is not easy for the reader to make sense of.
