Joie de Vivre

Inspite of the dark night, sweet breeze hums
As sun hugs a new day
Inspite of pre-dawn’s gray, leaves preamble
Creating a rhythmic play
It’s all due to light of Joie de Vivre!

Inspite of the excruciating pain
A mother gives birth
Inspite of thorny stems and rough weeds,
Roses do bloom on earth
It’s all due to might of Joie de Vivre!

Inspite of tornadoes and cyclones
Ships sail through the high seas
Inspite of flash floods and nature’s wrath
Man emerges with ease
Thanks to the feeling of Joie de Vivre!

No act on earth’s cause enough to grieve
As prized soul came draped with Joie de Vivre

An engagingly pleasing work crafted with not inconsiderable verve.

Editorial Query :- You might wish to revisit the line, ” it’s all due to love of joie de vivre “. ” love of ” in this instance is in fact wholly redundant.

Really grateful for your kind suggestion to modify the specific phrase and for your delightful comment on it, Louis Sir! 🙂 I have just made the required changes. Hope you approve of it. Thanks again!
