Stringing prayers by a temple pond,
With beads I had in me multitude,
Strewed in sizes varied, multihued,
Linking unlinking thoughts vagabond.
Some were pearls of memories fond,
Here and there uncut fiery rubies feud,
With placid emeralds of clear gratitude,
Right middle dangles a lovely diamond.
Of our love prism glistening in a chimera,
Refracting all seven rays of our seven days,
They glitter like sun rays upon golden riviera,
Enamoring you in my silent devotional ways.
I know as you watch dove eyed this muted opera,
Capturing my feelings succinctly without wordplays.
