God’s Love

( By Jan Phillips )

God’s love is eternal
Never ending you might say
How it is tomorrow
Is how it was today.
He is solid as a rock
Forever, always, now
Each and every day the same
It doesn’t matter how
He gave his son on the cross
That you might live again
Take advantage of that blood
And ask forgiveness for your sin.

About Jan P

I was born and raised and still live in the great state of Oklahoma in the U.S.A. I live in Oklahoma City and have lived her for over 40 years. Came from a small town in eastern Oklahoma. I was raised on a farm as my daddy was a sharecropper. I worked for the Department of Defense for over 30 years. I am now retired and trying to catch up on all the things I didn't get to do when I worked. I have written poetry for many years, but only recently started writing more since I have found a place where others can enjoy reading it as much as I enjoy writing it.

mmm. praise his name. He so forgiven. I tell you this just make one know without a doubt from one’s experiences expressed within their writing how he can take his child within his folded and embrace them with this Holy Spirit and all that burdens them non exist. I know about that feeling.
