As the evening grow
into some night auburn
I marvel from beneath
at the stars full-blown
they seeming to tell me
they do not mind at all
me gazing at them
so blatantly all over
and as they respond even more
with their unstoppable twinkles
getting the better of me
I do remember
someone gently tap my shoulder
that the night is over…
