I love You.

For clearing paths I cannot see,

ever gently calming me,

my Rose among the thorns.

You carry me when I am worn.

Hold me close when I am torn.

Fill my heart with Love and Light,

Help me know its all alright,

and I love You.

I couldn’t make it on my own,

so many miles away from home.

Some days lost, and some days found,

for sure the only solid ground,

Is You.

When I look at all You Are,

Creator, Father, Morning Star.

Ever soothing from afar,

and sometimes closer than a breath,

The Lamb of God we put to death.

I love You Lord for loving me.

This journey such a mystery.

Thank you for such Precious Grace.

The Sanctuary of Your Embrace.

When I am feeling ere so small,

the Hope, the Wonder of it all,

I love You.

Thank you Louis, I wrote this last night, with my feet covered in blisters from an affliction I live with, and wondering how I could feed my children this month ………. but God is Good…….He calms my Spirit, and always reminds me of the Lilies in the field.
One Day at a time……..trusting in Him! God Bless.
