Speak me, softly
Like a distant wind
Telling of a far off land
Blowing through the moorland
And quest me not
Gaining of my ears
Hearing your mild say;
I have been
Standing like a rock
Seeing you every day and night –
Dawn to dusk
Taking onerous of my stay
Otherwise
I could have been to hinterland
Where nothing comes, or
Greet in togetherness
Even I get stranded
Working my shadow in your light
A finely,delineated contemplative literary piece.
