Who was he?

Who was He?
The one who robbed me of my innocence
And left me with mature thoughts
In mind and eyes now with paired with glasses.
The one who had casually walked into my heart,
Dipping my thoughts in his almond honey voice.
Teasing me for my lack of expertise,
He had trained me into subtleties of passion.
Tearing apart the child woman in me,
He had casually drifted away as if passer by shadow.
My vacant heart had no beats left to love again,
Till this day people wonder how I stay alive.

This is an achingly beautiful journey through the cloudy terrains of a woman’s heart, ready to burst in the beauty of melancholy rain…amazing, Nalini <3 🙂

    Hugs and much love,
    Lopa.
