When words fail you,
heart ceases to be at peace,
eyes speak for it, can’t enwrap it all
they can’t deceit, for they show all.
Mere movements of lips,
shaking unshakingly ,says a lot
trembling, not meaninglessly
When words fail you
Curling the toes,
turning away your gaze
kvetching the silence
When words fail you.
Incertitude of love-less-life
when you expect the favor
but fail to evince
When words fail you
Numb body, brimming love
Lost coherence of soul and self
Unflagging desire to get solace
When words fail you.
” When words fail you ” , is a delightful poem that addresses with poetic precision and insight what happens at those moments when we become inarticulate and somehow incapable of expressing our thoughts and feelings. A very good first post and share from Destiny Poets’ newest registered member, Neha Verma ; welcome to Destiny Poets !
