Unconditional Love : a love poem

At the end of the day
eyes closed
I lie supine
as a corpse
a living one of course
in a yogic posture
releasing all stress in Shavasana…
A wet kiss, tentative and mild
my concentration rushes to my elbow
I come back to my world of care
meditation lost
in two adorable black eyes
gazing at mine
with love writ
in a hanging pink tongue
and a rapidly wagging tail
