The Poet

How like the spider

you spin endlessly

silken shiny threads

that sparkle before my eyes.

Sometimes a thread gets broken

but the spider keeps on weaving…

You too!

Weaving magical words

of beauty love and passion

that brings me so close

your silken threads to touch

they vibrate and you cut across

deliberate, arms legs and all

weaving all around me

my life breath to take.
