Dream

I am an aquarian
Yet I crave for the unstoppable aqua-flow
Covering incredible distances
Facing every rock, every mountain
With amazing grit and wit
An ocean, a sea, the destiny
That seems so untouchable
Yet made possible
By a simple feeble creek
Yes I am an aquarian
I have a dream
The dream of an ocean
A dream is a dream,is a dream
What matters most is this
Who had the dream?
Can I be the creek
That meets its dream
Yes I want to be an ocean
A drop yet an ocean

Our Time

Our time
is over
like a river
ends in the sea.

Our time
is over
like a quiver
of nervous lips.

Our time
was one
like the sun
in the monsoon.

Our time
has gone
like a torn
piece of page.

Our time
was sung
like the young
hearts in spring.

Our time
was perhaps
just a lapse
of destiny.

Our time
never began
rather than
say it’s over.

Our time
was just a dream,
a promise’s ghost,
a pebble lost
in the stream
of life…

River Thoughts

Rushing River

River rushing fast and furious

Emotion from a frightened world

Dark pools swirl the spurious

Corners cut and stones hurled.

Another fall of rain and then

I wonder where life will flow

when the bank can no longer bare

the weight of worries, where to go?

Birds fly south and autumn leaves

wave in the wind of change

about to fall into swelling water

Spinning yellow from the inside out.

Questions twist together undefined

Will the trees see another year?

Will we pass the test of time

And overcome the taste of fear?

River rushing out to sea

To the depths of mysterious blue

Tell me if there is a reason

For feeling fury as I do.

A splash, then a wave rolls by

With power pressing indiscrete

Whirling water, wash the world

Sparkling drops make sour sweet.
