Different Shades !

Oh, so many words

playing in front of me

Let me catch you fast

and make a bouquet

to present as a poem.

Oh, so many colours

dancing in front of me

Let me pick a bit of each tint

to shade a lovely rainbow

for my little princess to swing.

Oh, so many days

passing through my life.

Let me live each moment well

So I can renovate self as season

And gift my beloved a beautiful life.

Oh, so many emotions

Bursting inside as firecrackers

Let me explore, experience, live

As I am unbiased and embraces all emotions

which belongs to me and makes me what I am.

Oh, so many relationship

Heaven bestowed to bless my life

Let me nourish and cherish carefully

To make my life complete before I leave

So I never have to born again to live again.

The Puppet – 6

The sixth in ‘The Puppet’ series…

***~~~***~~~***

Our days should have ended
Back then when the strings started
Fraying…

Then there would not be
An unexpected fall in sense;
No tears…

And the break would have been
Easier – tough but still clean;
No loose ends…

The fibres wouldn’t stick out,
The remnants would’ve been none;
No need for shows…

Expectations wouldn’t be heavy,
Like my wooden heart or
Your stealthy hands…

Only the wisps of dusts from the break
And the memorable shows would last,
My puppeteer!

Unkeepable promises wouldn’t be
A matter in the box; all I should do is
Sleep…

“Various” Adjectives

Crying celebrity babe and seductive ramp model mom,

Prying paparazzi journalists, almost their life-taking;

Ragging seniors, rampantly aggressive,

Pleading juniors, in a kingdom of oppressive,

Spoilt brat students, ever mischievous,

Detaining teachers, eagle-eyed and merciless;

Flirtaceous College minds, never into academics;

Boring instructors, ever detailing without audience;

Bragging neighbours, with their new found luxuries,

Still austere temple priest, sincerely chanting all hymns;

Nagging spouse, like irremovable grease,

Distant in-laws, arriving anytime for free advise;

Traitor sister, for lipsticks and accessories,

Boasting brother, of his countless girlfriends;

Complaining father, never giving solutions,

I am stuck with Mother, for she is dearer!

Only way to explain her, is Loving Ever!
