O Pen!

O pen, commence a writ
to create some soulful scripts
to tether poised soul strings
wherefrom pearls will spring
drops of honey will swing
satiating soul’s longing
its primordial yearning
my quill’s nib is leaning
to pen words cascading
where flow streams balsamic
spraying golden rays within
readers’ minds who join in

O pen, won’t you hasten
parched souls are inquiring
