Nothing

When I asked you

If you have anything to say,

You said, ‘Nothing.’

And yet, in this nothing

I feel everything.

It has a strong mystic

Sense of infinity.

I feel I am caught in a whirling

Vortex of emotions; is it love?

May be those with hearts

That can see feel this.

Now,is this a tryst with destiny?

All the crannies and crevices

Of my heart are filled with your thoughts,

And your pictures in my memory chips.

I forget the words, the alphabets,

The time and the days,

Is this love?

The moment-to -moment feelings,

Blooming like cherry blossoms,

Show to me the metaphorical

Truth of my heart.

I know I cannot lie to myself.

I think of the nothingness of your world

And slowly I am submerged

In the love potion.

I feel nothing

And I become nothing

In your love.
