Magic of Christmas

Christmas once more brings magic in air
Lights in streets and in shops to pair
Nice to see people forget problems
Merrily laugh, enjoy, purchase
Tinsel streamers, candles and gifts
Packed with love for all without tiffs
Yule trees finely adorned at home
Blessings of sun soon to be sworn
Reminding December’s starry night
When three kings walked to North forthright
To find the saviour of this world
The North star led them to Bethlehem
In Stable lay God’s son in Mary’s lap
From his baby face shone bright light
Harbinger of peace and good days
It’s time to celebrate those days
With family and loved ones
Forgive and give as Santa does
Merry Christmas to one and all
In new year health, wealth, peace and love!
