Impaled

I love you so my Jesus,
because You died for me.
That I may have a chance to live,
with Hope,
Eternally.

You took the scorn and ridicule.
Wore a crown of thorns.
Bled Your blood for all mankind,
so humbly
unadorned.

I love You so my Jesus
because You first Loved me.
Bore the nails,
my heart impaled
upon Golgothas tree.
