How to smile,He shows

A quick peck on my cheeks,
a rare hug for treat.
A smile that warmed my heart,
nothing can keep us apart.
He talks oft repeated talks,
often very often,on toes he walks.
In summers,he feels the cold chill,
Often he breaks down on sounds of mixie and mill.
Life is not easy for him,i know,
but how to smile despite challenges he shows.
