Fairground Mirror

See the Man with the

broken face,

see the face with the

broken tears,

see the tears with the

broken life,

see the life of nearly,almost,

half-forgotten,betrayed,

stumbled and fell;

See the fallen with their

broken lives,

see their lives with their

broken tears,

see the tears on the

faces of Man.

    Dear Louis, this is such a coincidence that I now read your poem on mirror and face …when I posted mine Mirror Mirror…. which I wrote this morning on train to my work place…..
    Loved the synchrony of life, face, broken tears, mirror….
