Claw Back

See the curtain rip open, the stone wall collapse,

All those who hurry over to snatch the rabbit

Decides to go for the hiding, for the safety post.

Light flickering in the dark alley and the difficult world

No longer had an incomplete thought, an abject failure,

Look hard, freedom cannot be bought but earned.

Old can never be new, only sometimes return to the view,

Take the music as their weapons; sing the song of the life,

Delete the archaic code; bring a new trajectory to the purpose.

They raise their voices, increase the decibel, and infuse life

For years suffocated, mutilated, pained-now no more,

The resolution is for taking hold, gaining firm ground.

Ideas melt in the heart, burn inside, set the tone

Violence is not appalling, protest gaining momentum,

They light the candle, hit the ground and walk along.

One of the contemporary metaphysical poets you are,Gopal Ji ! I enjoy the mystic powers n our deep inner perceptions in most of ur poems ,the rhythms the lines follow, the hidden and the obvious insights intended ,with a lucid expression n string of salient words !

A poem of hope, Shelleyan in spirit, new order out of chaos, like the phoenix rising out of ashes. Splendid poem.
