Speranza

She sat still on the pavement of life,
She glanced at the faces of passersby,
Her eyes were twinkling with the tears,
She still holds her dignity, but with fear,

Some crushed her soul under their feet,
Some crushed her innocent heart beats,
Some torn away her innate pride, and
Some took away her joyful birth right,

She was denied the right of being called Human,
And all that was done without genuine reason,
Her existence was to fulfill the base human desires,
To burn her dreams on the log of customs pyre,

To face her counterparts lustful carving for her body,
And here is the irony, she was still called the “lady”
But there she is still on the lonely pavement of life,
Asking for the honor, that she once was denied,

Pondering on the flowers of Humanity, she groped,
Her dim eyes twinkled with the sparkles of HOPE.

Masters of Quill….Poets

Poets, pipers, players, jesters,
Or what so ever name they get,
In truth they are children of freedom,
With Exotic fire been beget,
Fed with perennial springs of reason,
Wise and independent in religion,
The kites flown for noble aim,
With mystic life and subtle flame,
Grand mind with majestic thoughts,
Weaving beauty with magical cords,
Butterflies flying with wings of love,
Blooming innocents flowers of earth,
With transparent wings they travel,
Spreading message of love and pleasure,
They carry profound untainted smile,
Like books filled with words divine,
Give them name whatever you desire,
But they are men of divine attire…..

Perfect sorrow

My impulse flutters

With moon’s shuffle

In butterfly wings

My thoughts travel

Fill of my veins

Trembled and muzzled

Remains in abyss

Forlorn and settled

Nothing uproars

Nothing screams

Like all stranded

In stagnated stream

Dump smell muffled

In puddle sorrow

Existence consists

Of ditched furrows

Flowing is not warm

Smiles faked charm

That seems real

Is scripted zeal

Like ever going chaos

Knowing no forego

Life seems forged

An unending lie

How much I try

Efforts end in cry………..
