Absorbing spring

This day is about biscuits
and sun
and blue
velvety blue caressing my dry eyes
no tears
no rain drops
no salty liquids running down in my coffee
Biscuits, sun,
ocean blue with a fluffy wave of clouds
smiles on a coffee corner
me, as a cat, absorbing spring

” Absorbing spring ” , appears on the page as such a slight poem ,that the reader may be excused for having almost passed over it. And that is often the way with those things in life that camouflage themselves as peripheral or marginal. This poem wears a brilliant disguise.
