spinning ’round and ’round
there’s something that needs to be found
your world with intertwining corners
so much confusion, you are left bothered.
sometimes you’re on top, at times you’re far below
you say fate determines your destiny but you had chances you just let go.
you’re circling again this never ending game
aiming for the gold pot but not just mere fame.
you stop for a while when the going gets tough
when your road seems bumpy and quite rough
people you meet on the way maybe sometimes real,
at times there are those who hide what they really feel.
a spiral life it simply never ends
it’s the choices you make that could build your own heaven,
have faith in yourself and in God Almighty,
your days will be fulfilling and you will shout His glory!

A whirligig of insight and intuition. The poem has something of the breathlessness of a wondrous fairground ride about it.
thanks, Louis 🙂
